Job description:
Looking for an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to help Service department Manager with daily operation.

Qualifications:
  • Technical background very helpful (commercial appliances).
  • Knowledge of local commercial routes to assist with technicians' scheduling and dispatching preferred.
  • Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks is a MUST.
  • Bilingual Russian or Spanish - big plus.
  • Ability to multi-task a MUST.
  • Ability to compose concise accurate emails to customers.
  • Must be very organized and able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Must be proficient in excel, word and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time.

Schedule: 8-5 (sometimes 6pm) M-F no weekends.

Ability to commute/relocate: Brooklyn, NY 11208.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
Excellent Written and verbal command of English language.

Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Required).
  • Customer service: 3 years (Required).
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required).

We are well recognized and well respected in the industry with over 20 years of experience. Our 40K sq foot facility currently houses extensive inventory of new, used and Reconditioned equipment, parts and accessories.
